Cancellation & Refund Policy
All refunds are processed minus any third-party payment processing fees incurred on the original transaction. These fees are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method and should be credited within 7-14 days.
Villa Rentals
Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
Retreats
A €500 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. In the event that Botë Farms cancels a retreat, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
Farm Day
Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the event. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

By booking or using any service offered by Botë Farms SHPK ("Botë Farms", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
Services:
Botë Farms offers villa rentals, wellness retreats, and farm-to-table dining experiences at our property in Finiq, Albania.
Bookings and Payment:
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Refunds:

Liability:
Botë Farms is not liable for losses or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.

Online payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Your payment data is processed securely and never stored by Botë Farms.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill your booking and meet legal obligations.
