Your Instructor
Ana Rayse & Darlinh

Ana guides and helps you reconnect with your
body. She creates space for you to slow down
and come back to yourself.
Her Pilates classes are an invitation to move
with intention, to breathe deeper, and to feel
your body in a more present, connected way.
Blending strength and softness, she guides you
through a PILATES practice that grounds, opens,
and restores. Nothing to perform, nothing to
force, just movement that meets you where
you’re at.
Over the last two years, Darlinh has been
traveling and teaching yoga as a certified
Hatha teacher and sound healer, across
Southeast Asia, the Philippines, and Mexico.
A Vipassana retreat along the way gave her a
deeper understanding of silence and what it
truly means to be present.
Sound and music play a fundamental role in
how Linh connects with others and brings her
teaching to life.
Darlinh believes in creativity over perfection.
learning, exploring and growing without
pressure. Her classes hold space for curiosity,
playfulness and that inner child we all carry
but sometimes forget to listen to.
