Welcome to Your Playground

This is not therapy, although it will be therapeutic. We will all come with our own strengths and difficulties and take from this time what it is we need. 

Modalities include:


  • Inner-child work

  • Combined creative arts (movement, art and written word)

  • Connections to nature

  • Embodiment (breath and bodywork to ground into your body)

  • Play

  • Mindfulness

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Compassion focused therapy

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Psychoeducation

  • Trauma informed practice

In addition to the on-site modalities and daily wellness program like yoga, meditation and massage, we will enjoy so much more throughout the week. This includes excursions to historical sights, to the beach and enjoying ‘farm to plate’ on the allotment and with an Albanian cooking class. There will still be plenty of time for relaxing and journaling, swimming in the eco pool or going on an adventurous hike!

Inner-child connection


  • Breakfast

  • Inner Child: Using art, play and written word

  • to explore strengths and ‘stucks’ to integrate the adult self with the younger you.

  • Excursion to Ancient Butrint with local guide.

  • Picnic Lunch in the ancient amphitheater of Butrinit

  • Free time for journaling, relaxing by the pool or sign up for a massage

  • Dinner

  • Restorative bedtime yoga

The Power of Narratives

  • Pyjama breakfast

  • Self-narratives- do they serve you? Choosing your own story

  • Lunch

  • Finding Joy in herding goats.

  • Albanian Cooking Class

  • Dinner

  • Yoga Nidra / Starlight meditation

 Fostering self-compassion


  • Breakfast

  • Self-compassion and the right to be you

  • Beach Day!  Yoga, Picnic lunch and free time on the beach

  • Free time at the farm.  Go hug a goat, take a nap or have your private massage session.

  • Dinner

  • Evening  meditation
