Sample Itinerary
7:30 am Meditation
OSHO meditation is a breakthrough dynamic meditation that will have you sensing change quickly. Be prepared to let go of stored emotions in this safe environment. After meditation, we will move directly into self-soothing bodywork.
9:00 Breakfast
Our chef will create mouthwatering vegetarian meals throughout our stay. Vegan meals may be requested and please alert us to any food allergies so we can accommodate your needs.
10:00 Break & Massage Session
Enjoy some quiet time, write in your new journal which we have provided to you upon arrival, relax at the eco pool, or snuggle with some baby goats. This is your time.
11:30 Yoga
Yoga will alternate between Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow. Classes provide you with the opportunity to explore or deepen your practice. These yoga modalities offer you a great balance for your mind and your body as you find strength within yourself.
12:30 Lunch
2:00 Journaling Session
Explore personal growth through reflection and awareness. These sessions will help you get out of your head and into your emotions and you work through anxiety and negativity.
5:00 Reiki Session
6:00 Dinner
7:30 Ceremony and Mindfulness Meditation
As the sky turns pink and the sunset entertains you in the sky, our fire ceremony will begin. These ceremonies will allow you to open up and share with fellow attendees creating lasting friendship bonds. Our ceremonies will mix in magic and cultural traditions. We will welcome the full moon and its gifts, release negative thoughts, and set confident intentions into the universe.

11:00 - 4:00 Beach Day
Since the retreat center is so close to many magnificent beaches we will take advantage of the beautiful clear water and lack of crowds to enjoy some time in the sun. Beach day will also include yoga on the beach and a picnic lunch. All transportation is provided by the center in their private tour bus.

This dinner will be a local meal made during our group cook. Yes, you will all go home with Lona's recipe!
