Sample Itinerary
7:30 am Meditation
We have curated two different types of meditation that will be used throughout the retreat. This way you will have an opportunity to explore this incredible wellness tool from different perspectives.
8:30 Yoga
Yoga will alternate between Hatha yoga and Kundalini yoga or something restorative perhaps some Yin balanced later with a Vinyasa flow. Classes provide you with the opportunity to explore or deepen your practice. These yoga modalities offer you a great balance for your mind and your body. There will also be opportunities throughout the retreat during the afternoon break to sign up for a 30-minute private yoga massage class This is a traditional Ayurvedic Yoga Massage that is a powerful technique combining assisted stretches based on yoga postures and deep tissue massage.
9:30 Breakfast
Our chef will create mouthwatering vegetarian meals throughout our stay. Vegan meals may be requested and please alert us to any food allergies so we can accommodate your needs.
10:30 Break
Enjoy some quiet time, write in your new journal which we have provided to you upon arrival, relax at the eco pool, or snuggle with some baby goats. This is your time.
12:00 Yoga
1:00Lunch
2:00 Break, or have a private yoga massage or kundalini breath session
5:00 Discussion Group
A wonderful opportunity to bond with other students, share your discoveries and ask your teachers questions as you explore your experience and dive deeper into the knowledge of yoga.
6:00 Dinner
After dinner, you can find a spot, perhaps with a new friend or for your own contemplation as the sky turns pink and the sunset entertains you in the sky.

11:30 - 4:00 Beach Day
Since the retreat center is so close to many magnificent beaches we will take advantage of the beautiful clear water and lack of crowds to enjoy some time in the sun. Beach day will also include yoga on the beach and a picnic lunch. All transportation is provided by the center in their private tour bus.
5:00 Discussion Group
6:00 Dinner
After dinner, maybe enjoy a dip in the eco-pool as the crickets chirp you a lullaby.

5:00 Albanian Cooking Class
Meet Lona, our friend and Albanian cook. She makes the best byrrek in Albania! Now you will learn all of her secrets in the group cook.
6:30 Dinner
This dinner will be a local meal made during our group cook. Yes, you will all go home with Lona's recipe!
