About the Course

On this retreat, you’ll discover that yoga is about so much more than the physical poses you see on social media and in glossy magazines. With Karen as your guide, you’ll explore all aspects of the 8-Limbed Path, and explore many different ways that you can carry this healing practice from the retreat space into your everyday life. Whether you are new to yoga, or have been practicing for many years, this is a space where you can learn, go deeper, and grow in your personal journey.

This retreat will offer you opportunities to practice 1-on-1 with your facilitator, as well as in group settings. You can practice outside in nature, as well as indoors, on the property and beyond.

A dedicated yogi for over two decades, Karen decided to pursue yoga teacher certification to bring the benefits of this healing practice to a wider variety of people who don’t normally see themselves represented in wellness spaces in modern media. She teaches numerous styles of yoga to practitioners of all ages and levels, from all around the world. Her goal is to make yoga Possible, Positive, AND PLAYful for EVERY-BODY!
